1992 Honda Civic DX Sedan 4-Door 1.5L

This would be a great vehicle for someone living in a rural area who doesn't need to send it through DEQ or for someone who is mechanically inclined. I've owned this Honda since 2004 it's been a great vehicle for me. Over the years I've had very few issues with the car outside of routine maintenance. Although the Civic is old and in disrepair it runs and drives reliably. The tires still have descent tread and I'm including a second set of wheels with some old studded tires on them. The primary issues regarding condition are: cracked windshield (does not impede drivers line of sight), inoperable driver side mirror, malfunctioning odometer & speedometer, broken interior door handle, burnt out console lights, registration is expired, will not currently pass DEQ emissions test for Portland Oregon, oil leaks/burns (maybe 1qt/500miles), missing Honda badge on trunk, and minor cosmetic damage of interior and exterior for its age.
