1990 M998 HMMWV

This vehicle has been inspected and has been driven quite a bit and everything checks out great. The 6.2L dieselengine starts very easy and the automatic 3-speedtransmission works as it should. The 4x4 HL H N and L all work great! Nice running and driving. Great Power, No Shakes, Rattles, Noises or Leaks, Nothing. Smooth driver all around.The top and rear covers are in "like new" condition, no tears or missing fasteners. Very light, sun bleaching of the color of canvass on topside between cross members. The right forward passenger window pane has a spider crack that centers about three inches from the bottom right corner of the windowpaneand extends upward and diagonally to a maximum of 22 inches. All the lights, gauges, turn signals, horn and windshield wipers work.Heater works excellent. The tread and overall condition of all 4 tires are like new. The engine, frame, drivetrain, undercarriage, and body are all in excellent condition.

The paint is not perfect as this is not a garage queen. Though, for some reason which I have not figured out yet, it has edged one of my cars out of the garage and I have had the HMMWV in the garage since the end of summer. It has been used and is ready for many, many more years of use!

Overall, this is an extremely fun vehicle to drive around town and an exceptional off-roadvehicle. It hands down the best conversation piece I have ever owned. People approach me to ask questions about it pretty much every time I take it out.
