A welded on Class III receiver trailer hitch was installed as well as a trans cooling system so guessing it was used to tow something pretty serious at some point.
Originalsmall mirrorsare gone and someone has added larger low-mount mirrors.
Non-factory AM/FM Cassette with Pioneer speakers in the front doors
Frame, floor pans, doors, and front fenders are very rust free.
Solid body throughout but has some rust around the rear wheel wells and on the corners of the windshield.
Doesn't appear that the engine has ever been apart. The valve cover gaskets need to be replaced.
Sold new at the last Scout/Travelall dealer in America. (Bisio Motors) in Portland, OR. Second owner bought it over 25 years ago and it's been in the Pasadena, CA area ever since.
Clean CA title in my name. Currently registered to September 2017.
If you or someone you trust would like to take a look at it, that's not a problem.
Fly in and drive it home like you own the road. (We are 30 miles north-east of San Diego, CA)
