------------No reserve -- No reserve -- No reserve --
You are bidding to win this truck!!!!
There is no "buy it now" pric, please don't ask! You are bidding to own it!
ALL other scouts on Ebay right now have a reserve or a ridiculously high "buy it now" price. Not this one. If you are the highest bidder you own the truck.
1968 International scout 800 extremely rare European (Right-hand) drive with full removable convertible hardtop
Removable Steel factory hardtop for full convertible open-cockpit seating. Less than a year old blue metallic paint.
This is truly one of a kind 1968 International scout 800 with a lot of work done to it. Let’s face it. Nobody wants to see ANOTHER Jeep, I promise you NO ONE will be driving a truck like this one especially the ultra rare right hand drive (non-automatic).
The only way to get this option is to request it from the factory before it was built. all other right hand drives are the sluggish 3 speed automatics.
This Truck will turn heads anywhere you go guaranteed. People walk up to me like I'm a celebrity every time I even go to the gas station and want to talk about this unique vehicle. This truck has the original 152 engine original manual transmission All the gears work including reverse. The truck starts almost immediately with very little effort. It starts runs and drives and stops very well like it should. The truck is also driving on Brand NEW tires with blue protective paint still on the white lettering and vent-spews are still on the tread.
The whole interior floor and bed and been coated in textured truck bed liner for easy cleaning this was NOT to hide rust. The bed was so clean I took pictures before the bed-liner was installed. (upon request). there was one small rust hole (2x7 inches) by the gas pedal that has new metal welded in and that was the only rust hole in the entire floor. Rockers are solid inside and out.
The Seats are 100% Brand new made from heavy vinyl on new seats with new padding. not just covers. All windows in rear cap have brand new window seals. The paint is about a year old. windows roll up and down easily.
The truck has CLEAR TITLE in my name. It starts very easily and idles very well. It has excellent oil pressure and power (oil and fuel gauge do not work but pressure was tested with a stand-alone gauge). The engine does not smoke or make any bad noises. the turn signals even work outside and in the dash properly!

This is not a show car, it has some imperfections in the paint, possible blemishes and may need final tuning to get it to the way you like it. The truck is almost 52 years old. I have driven it about 10 miles down the street and to the gas station several times to test things out. People are always looking at it and it is super fun to be in the driver’s seat with the top off. $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the end of the auction and full payment is due within one week. I accept paypal for the deposit. Please do not ask questions that are answered in the ad.
