International Harvester Metro, Step Van

You are bidding on a 1963 International Harvester Metro step van. I purchased this vehicle a few years ago with the intentions of building a street rod. My plans have changed. I purchased it from the second owner and received no title. I checked with the California DMV and discovered it is no longer in their database. It's currently unregistered. I believe the original color was yellow.
The vehicle has no engine or transmission. The wheels turns freely and hold air...one tire goes low after a few weeks. I removed the body from the frame to inspect for straightness. I found no issues.
This vehicle has cancer on various parts of the body...see photos. Has no rear bumper. All the glass is present. The glass molding needs to be replaced.
