Description

This is a no reserve auction, there is no "buy it now price" Please don't ask "what's the least I will take" look at the starting bid, there is the answer! It takes time, money, and effort to post on here, so please, only serious buyers who fully intend to close the deal at the end of the auction.
This is a highly modified 1967 international scout! The body is mounted to a 90's S10 chevy blazer frame, so It has a FIVE speed OVERDRIVE hydraulic clutch transmission, 4.3 chevy vortec v6 engine, which has been converted from fuel injection to a (new) 2 bbl carburetor, with a new HEI performance distributor, new fuel pump. It has the disc brakes, power steering etc of a chevy blazer, making it easier it maintain, much easier to get parts, it is much quicker, faster and stops much better than stock for sure! The body is coated with truck bed liner, it has a pretty stout roll cage, custom "doors", and custom bumpers,, custom fuel filler door is relocated to the blazer location, original tank filler locations are eliminated. new gps speedo, new triple gauges, new turn signal assembly, new wireing, new off road lights and headlights, and new windshield. The tie rods/ drag links/idler arm have all just been replaced, steering rag joint replaced with high strength u-joints. It has recent racing bucket seats. I also have new black vynal seat covers, not shown in pics. Truck still has the original floors throuout and are solid. bed floor is dented, but solid too.The tires are all terrain approximately 30 inch, if I recall correctly, and are new with less than 1 mile on them. There are no stock doors and no top for this truck, but could be easily reinstalled if desired. This scout is intended for use as a fair weather toy/ off road vehicle, however, I do have a fresh title for this (titled as a 1967 scout) so it could be made street legal pretty easily. Smog exempt, safety inspection as a 1967 year model truck, or exempt, depending on how its registered. Obviously, not perfect, may need aditional work/tinkering, depending on your intended use. Runs, drives, and stops, I have not driven very far or fast as it has no plates/inspection, but seems to be a good running little truck so far! Fun and easy to drive! You are bidding to OWN the truck, not the right of first refusal, therefore, the $500 deposit is due at the end of the auction and is not refundable, only bid if you fully intend to follow through with the sale. You are welcome to ask questions or to set up a time to come see it and I will do my best to accommodate you. Thanks for looking.
