1964 International Harvester Travelall
Description
Up for auction is a 1964 International Harvester Travelall. This is a complete vehicle that has had a lot of work done to it. It spent nearly it's whole life in dry California. Only had some surface rust when it bought it. Got to love the dry air.
Drive Train: 304 V8 that starts very easily. No smoke and does not drip fluid. No knocking, or tapping. New carburetor, new plugs, plug wires, points, and coil. Transmission / clutch work well and easily goes into each gear. New battery. Recently re-cored the radiator and new hoses. The gas tank has been re-coated and is in good condition. The odometer shows 46K miles but it might be more. Hard to tell. The odometer works currently. New brakes all around.
Interior: All seats have been professionally redone with new pads. New carpet has been installed and the back area has been re-coated. New door cards have been installed. It does need a new headliner. The cardboard template is included. The rear window does not go up and down. A new reconditioned window motor is included. Dyna-mat has been installed.
Exterior: The Travelall has recently been repainted. It has a few little dings and some paint rubbed off by the drivers door. See photo. New rims and tires (no more split rims). Bumpers have a couple of dents but shows nicely. There is some fogging on the drivers rear quarter glass (see photo). New windshield and gasket. New shocks in the rear.
Overall a nice vehicle to keep as is or to bring it up to a show car wouldn't take too much. Please only bid if you are a serious buyer. The Travelall is available all week for inspection. It is sold as is, where is. $500 deposit from Paypal is required. For any questions you may have, call me 239-860-5500 Dana
