1958 XK150 Coupe The goal of the previous owner was to build a high-end no expense spared car capable for highway driving and road rallies, his dream was to make it better, faster and run cooler with more reliability than when it left the factory. The full restoration started with a good complete solid car. Engine # V-2543-8 with matching head # was fully rebuilt and mated to a later model 5 speed transmission. (This is not the original engine for this car.) New heavy-duty custom aluminum radiator, new chrome wire wheels etc.… We have very detailed restoration invoices from Vintage Jag Works totaling over $119k plus over $10k in other misc. receipts plus original purchase price of the car @ $35k.
