1974 Jaguar XJ12L, with Corvette engine replacement
I bought this car 6 months with hope of restoring, but other things got in the way.
The car was sitting in a garage for 22 years when I bought it
I has recently had $7000 in repairs to get it back on the road. See detailed breakdown on invoices
I have not washed or cleaned the car, so you are seeing it as I bought it
I'm looking to get what I put into the car out
Notes from the previous owner:
• Motor and transmission have been replaced with 350 Corvette Engine and transmission. Year of engine is unknown possibly 1987
• Tuned port Fuel injection with high performance cam
• The odometer for the car reads 52,893, but the exact mileage for the Corvette Engine are unknown since this was installed later
• Minor rust on the body
• Jaguar emblems on engine block are for show. They were installed after the engine swap for looks
• All records from every repair and addition come with the car
Work that has been done:
• Replaced stock wheels with Jaguar wire wheels, stock wheels come with car
• New tires
• Replaced both Fuel tanks
• Cleaned blew out fuel lines
• New battery
• Cleaned spark plugs
• Changed Oil
• Changed Air filter
• Lubed window tracks
• Replaced window switch
• Replaced fuel lines in tanks
• New front brake pads
• New front anti-sway bar
• New fuel senders
• Alignment
What needs to be done:
• Headliner needs to be replaced
• Requires AC condenser for AC operation
