Description
This Jaguar has 47k original miles, 16 years of comprehensive service records and was even an award winner at a Jaguar concours event in 2016. It 4.2 liter straight 6, an automatic transmission and drives excellent. Inside and out this car is in exceptional condition. The exterior has been repainted in the factory color with a little additional metallic to really make it pop and Dayton wire wheels have been added. All body gaskets were replaced when the car was painted. The original factory wheels come with the car as well. The interior is clean with no cracking or tears in the leather, no stains on the carpet or headliner and nice well maintained wood accents throughout. In 2016 this car scored a 9.993/10 in the Driven Class at the JCNA Concours Event in Westtown, PA. A summary of history and major service performed in shown in the photographs. Some major work performed includes conversion of the A/C to R-134a, front and rear brakes, ignition system overhaul and a new catalytic converter. This car has only a couple minor issues. One is that the on-board computer in the center console does not work. Second, there is a paint chip below the bumper on the driver's side that is shown in a photograph. Also, the battery seems to drain if not driven regularly but the car is fitted with a battery disconnect when it sits for more than a few days. Overall this car is in excellent condition and I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere.
