For the past decade, this Jaguar has been sitting untouched. It’s a 1972 Matching numbers E-Type, and most would agreethat a car this beautiful should nevergo for so long without being on the road. Thankfully, that’s all about to change now that it’s up for auction. ThisCoupe featuresa Fawn exterior finish and a black leather interior. Being a Series III V12, it’s the last generation of the iconic E-Typethat Jaguar offered before being discontinued in 1975. This example was registered by the current owner in 1973, and has always been kept in a climate controlled garage. The car was taken out of storageon July 2019 with only 43,526 on the odometer. It will be sad to see the car go but at the same time is nice to know now it can be brought back to life and enjoyed, as it should be. The engine turns over and starts however all the fuel system needs cleaning out. The car is complete and needs fully recommissioning.
