The Jaguar E-Type or the Jaguar XK-E for the North American market is a British sports car, which was manufactured by Jaguar Cars Ltd. between 1961 and 1975. Its combination of beauty, high performance, and competitive pricing established the marque as an icon of 1960s motoring. The E-Type Series 3 was introduced in 1971, with a new 5.3 L twelve-cylinder Jaguar V12 engine. The Series 3 is easily identifiable by the large cross-slatted front grille, flared wheel arches, wider tires, four exhaust tips and a badge on the rear that proclaims it to be a V12.

Finished in a elegant Old English white shows extremely well with only minor imperfections visible upon close inspection. Both the front and rear body chrome bumpers with rubber bunper over-riders fit nicely and compliment the body with only minor scratches upon closer inspection. All trim is brilliant and bright and is presented in excellent condition. The weather stripping is in good shape with no visible fading, drying or shrinkage. The black convertible top is in good condition.

Inside, the blue Connolly leather bucket seats are great condition, the leather is in great condition with no notable worn areas rips or tears. The matching blue door panels, carpet and dashboard are a continuation of the striking white exterior of the car and look fantastic. All gauges are ergonomically place have correct appearance and function as originally designed. Heater and optional air conditioning function as designed, upgraded Rampage AM/FM stereo. The original equipment leather wrapped steering wheel with leather dashboard adds to the typically British sport car look and feel. Included are service receipts, factory sales brochure, build sheet, window sticker.

This XK-E Jaguar comes equipped with a four Zenith carburetored, 272 hp 5.3 L twelve-cylinder, mated to an optional 4 speed automatic transmission, power steering, monocoque construction, disc brakes, rack and pinion steering, independent front and rear suspension. Included are original equipment 15 inch polished steels wrapped in sport rated Michelins
