Jeep project
Description
This is a Jeep build project is in the garage and I simply don't have time for. It is a TDK (Throttle Down Kustoms), hybrid frame with a Rubicon Express long arm 4.5" lift suspension. It has the rear bumper mounted tire carrier and bumper receiver. It has the central skid plate mounted by TDK. The suspension components are powder coated. The hybrid TDK frame is a CJ on the top and TJ on the bottom. On the bottom it has 2006 Rubicon Dana 44 axles with air lockers. These axles had less than 10,000 miles on them when I purchased them. I upgraded the front axles with Warn lockers and the rear axles with Superior 30 spline shafts. I have fitted a Cummins 4BT into the chassis. It's a 4BTAA, so it has the aftercooler and the P pump. 130 HP name plate. This could be turned up to >200 HP with little change. Not sure the mileage on the donor but it was a running unit when pulled. I was told it was less than 50k but could not confirm that. I have the aftercooler and I have seen people make them fit but I was going to do a custom unit. It is fitted to a freshly rebuilt NV4500 with the upgraded gear 5. It has an adapter and a Ford 205 transfer case that is also freshly rebuilt. I have the AC bracket and AC compressor from the Dodge truck assembled to the engine and squeezed into chassis. I have various aluminum air pipes and boots but have not installed or routed. The frame is clean but has a little surface rust from sitting in my garage for 8 years. The plan was to finished welding the engine mounts into it and then have it dipped. I have many parts to go with it. The donor had a completely rusted out tub. I have the firewall, windshield frame with VIN tags and doors with glass but these parts are completely rusted. I do have a usable grill, hood, divider wall, seat brackets, steering column, manual clutch pedal assembly (rare) and a complete dash with gauges and wiring. I have the heating box and ducting. I have a set of chrome rims and other parts. This is for everything I have related to the Jeep. Feel free to come look if you are in the area.
