1971 jeep cj5

You are bidding on a 1971 CJ5 with the Dauntless 225 V6 engine. With 3 spd trans. This CJ was a project and is about 98% Finished. It has Fiberglass body & Fenders that are in good shape. Many new parts that are listed below. This CJ starts and drives,could use a tune up,proper choke cable,or timed.This CJ has militray add ons such as tail lights,front marker lights,tool caddy on hood,2 whip antennas on sides,and two Jerry can holders with cans. CJ has niceFiberglass top, both doors are in great shape,Driver door is missing the glass frame insert. The CJ had transmission work done in october of 2013.(HAVE PAPER WORK ON IT)Frame is solid,it was blasted and painted years ago. Leaf springs,and some of the steering are still orginal. Great Jeep,has the RARE split bench seat thats original. Tool box is in good shape. There is a patch under the back seat where the sending unit was replaced. ALL wireing is new! has 12v system. The windsheild thats on it is a CJ7,but i do have the orginal 71 that comes with it.

It use to have a plow on it,some of the old frame work is still there.

Tires are in great shape except one rear one leaks.i believe it has a patch in it.

Has original dash stickers.
