1984 Jeep Cj7 lifted
Description
Jeep has had a lot of work done by the previous owner when I purchased it about 2 years ago. New 258 6cyl engine installed with only about 10k miles put on it. The automatic transmission was also rebuilt at the same time. The Dana 300 now has a twin stick shifter installed as well. A Rubicon Express 4.5" lift was installed with Bilstein piggyback shocks, 35" Micky Thompson Baja Claw radials (90%) on MT Classic wheels, full roll cage, tilt steering, Tom Woods driveshafts, full width Dana 60 rear axle and Dana 44 front with Detroit Tru-Trac locker( not sure on gearing), 1 ton steering, Warn front and rear bumper with tire carrier, Warn 9.5TI winch, full and half steel doors, big Tuffy cargo box and Tuffy center console box, Poison Spyder rear crusher corners with flares and front tube fenders, Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers with tube steps, inside of tub was sprayed with Line-X, Borla stainless steel exhaust (header and cat back), also comes with A LOT of new and spare parts. I just installed a new Mean Green starter a couple of weeks ago and installed a hood lift system. The bad that I know of is that a fuel line leaks, which I have brand new stainless steel supply and return lines in a box that I bought from Quadratech. Obviously the paint isn't great on all the body armor pieces and a lot of the sharp edges cracked and started surface rusting. The seats could also use replacing. The floors feel like they are getting spongy under the Line-X. Not sure about the odometer with a new engine installed, but the current reading is 56k.
I haven't driven this except for around my yard, but Jeep idles smooth and has a lot of power. This has sat in my garage since I bought it and thought I would get around to working on it more. Now I have recently purchased a Wrangler Unlimited and would like to concentrate my efforts on that. This has had a great start on making for a great Jeep on the road or trail and just needs a little more and your finishing touches on it. I have a file folder with all the receipts from the previous owner which is almost 1 1/2" thick! This Jeep is also for sale locally so auction can end at any time. Jeep is sold with clear title in hand with no warranty implied or expressed.
