1985 JEEP CJ7 - RED - READY FOR THE RANCH - WELL MAINTAINED

Description

Runs great and looks good, 110,000 miles. Ready for the Ranch or a makeover.

I am the second owner of this 1985 CJ7. I purchased it in 1999 for use at a hunting lease. All maintenance and repair have been done by a local Jeep shop in Austin, Texas. I have full records of all work done after I purchased the vehicle and some records from the first owner. Current Texas inspection and registration.

Front and rear seats, belts, dash pad, steering wheel, console, and floor mats have been replaced. Original carpet removed. Dings and scratches on paint from use at the ranch. New radiator, battery, rebuilt carburetor, brakes, dropped/clean fuel tank, tune-ups, and miscellaneous maintenance on front end in past several years. Original engine, transmission, transfer case, differentials and axles. Factory hard top and steel doors. All glass in good shape except two rock dings in windshield glass. Engine: 258 CI AMC I6 w/Carter BBD Carburetor (OEM Rebuild) all emissions plumbing intact.

Transmission: T-176 4 speed transmission.

Transfer Case: Dana 300.

Front Axle: Dana 30 Wide Track, Manual Hubs AMC Stock.

Rear Axle: AMC 20 Wide Track.

Wheels: factory steel sport wheels painted black.

Tires: BFG 32x11.50R15 MT T/A KM2.

Lift: 2.5" Spring lift at rear. Shackle lift at front. Dual front shocks.

Towing: Front tow bar with wiring harness for hauling.

Extras:

Top Hoist for hard top. Never used.
