Description

1974 Jeep CJ5,straight 6 with 3spd,all stock driveline as well. Was original owners driveway plow truck. They put the glass body on it and retired it from plowing.Never really in salt other than a few emergency off driveway trips. My friend bought it and only went to roush creek offroad park in Penn.with it 5 or 6 times. It performs offroad flawlessly and traversed the most difficult trails there, this is where the front fender scrapes are from.I was going to make this my daughters first but its stick shift and won’t work for that. This jeep is the lightest most agile jeep I’ve ever seen. All black is epoxy primer w urethane over it.It runs good,a little rich but points,a tune up and plugs are probably in order. Its been stored w zero water or fuel or battery 6-8 mo. a year most of its life after the body change. The windshield frame was also changed when the body was swapped. Its frame and core support/grill are rust free perfect. It also has a ground block that needs to be changed to make the headlights correct, but all in all this is an extremely solid blank canvas for someone to make a bad ass jeep or just use it in its super spartan present shape.
