1974 Jeep CJ5 with 360 V8 from a Jeep Wagoneer; Runs great

Jeep CJ5.
This is a nice solid old Jeep that I started on, but changed job locations and don’t have a garage to work on it in my current location. The Jeep has a clear WV title. Jeep is located in Vicksburg, MS, where I am currently working. It can be seen and driven anytime, message me to set up a time and place.
Restoration started. 360 V8 out of a Jeep Wagoneer. New Edlebrock intake and carburetor. New radiator. 4 speed. Runs great. Loud. Has headers straight to mufflers as shown. Lights work, including signal lights. Dimmer switch needs replaced (I have a new one).
Needs windshield and wiper arms and blades. Wiper motor isn’t working; I haven’t checked to see if it is wired up. Needs cable management, and some wiring. Doesn’t have a fuse block. I have a new wiper switch and knob, new shift knob (original style), new dimmer switch, and light switch knob.
The seats need covers or reupholstered (suggest reupholster). Has the tool box under the passenger seat (in good shape). Home made latch on passenger seat for fold forward (see pics). No back seat. There’s a bad spot in the floor under the driver seat (see pics). Gas gauge doesn’t work; haven’t had time to check and see what the issue is. Speedometer works. Temperature gauge works. Seat belts work, but should be replaced.
No top or doors. Interior was rhino lined sometime in the past: needs redone. Needs paint.
Bumper mounted spare tire carrier; no spare included.
I bought the Jeep to restore and make a beach runner out of, but moved away from the beach and I don’t have a place to work on it here. It’s fun to drive; has the original non-power steering and brakes, so it takes some getting used to if you’ve never driven one. It has a lot of power for such a small vehicle, so it’s not good for beginning drivers. No mechanical issues. Fires right up. I use it to drive around on weekends for fun.
