Description

1982 Jeep CJ CJ7 Limited. They are only original once. This is a very nice original rust free CJ7 Limited. I’ve owned this for four years and put about 1,000 miles a year on it. I bought this Jeep on eBay in Arizona and had it shipped to Maryland. Never repainted and no body work that I know of. The story I got is that it was pulled behind a motor home for most of the 86000 miles which makes sense. Runs straight down the road and rides like a Jeep. I don’t think it’s ever been off roaded I’ve never even had it in 4WD but dolock the front hubs occasionally to lubrications them. Windshield and the frames have pitting from rock chips from being pulled by motor home. Someone did add electronic ignition at some point. Starts right up and drives down the road nicely. Power brakes and steering. Still has original Goodyear Arriva spare tire but it’s dry rotted and will not hold air. There are a couple cracks in the dash and the drivers side seat has a couple tears. Leather interior. Still has original floor mats and carpet. Carpet is all there but it is fragile. The tuning knob on the radio is broke off but I do have it. Radio works fine. All gauges work as they should. Brakes are good. It could use new tires but is very driveable as is. I feel like this Jeep is worth about $14,000 in the condition it’s in. This is the perfect driver or great base to restore or customize. Jeep is stored in my garage and available for inspection at any time. Do a little research on the CJ 7 LIMITED. They are fairly rare.
