Description

Bought this as a future project a couple years ago. Drove it every day for about 6 months while I was between vehicles. Runs well. Started buildinga house, and now the truck has to go.

This Jeep is complete. This Jeep has been modified by previous owners. Jeep has a spring-over-axle (SOA)suspension lift. This lift was done very well. Jeep steers better than my "new" truck.Jeep has had headers installed as opposed to factory exhaustmanifolds.

This Jeep is a PROJECT TRUCK.This Jeep has rust in the places that old Jeeps get rust. The floorboards need to be replaced, and there is rust in the bed. Isuccessfully welded new floorboards in the CJ, and I am not a welder by any means. The CJ is not for sale!

As best I can tell, the Jeep specs are:

J20, SOA suspension lift, 4x4, Dana 30 transfer case, Borg Warner T10 transmission (I think!), Dana 44s front and rear (I don't know the ratio), AMC 360 V8, Motorcraft 4 Barrel carb, rust. This Jeep needs a new radiator! The lower hose attachment is rusted and has a hole. This truck also needs a new set of tires. The ones currently installed have very little life left, if any.

This Jeep truck needs a makeover, but it's a good start. Jeep can be driven, but I cannot recommend driving this vehicle any great distance. This truck should be trailered to its new home. I absolutely hate parting with this thing, but I have to take care of the house first. I have a clear title in hand. I can provide additional pics if needed. This thing is sold as is. As it sits, it is not a daily driver. If you are considering buying this truck, you likely know a thing or two about them, and hopefully know what you are getting in to. Its a great base for a complete restoration. While some of the sheetmetal needs replacing, the undercarriage and drivetrainare in great shape.

I don't know the actual mileage. I had to put in a numerical value. I listed it as 100,000 miles. could be half that, could be twice that.
