1983 Jeep CJ5

Description

I have a very nice 1983 CJ5 for sale. I have owned for 2years and have replaced alot of items. The engine has been rebuilt,has about 10,000 miles after rebuilt. It is a 4speed transmission,shifts well. I have not had the 4wd engaged, not sure about how it works. All the wiring has been replaced alone with a new carb,wires,plugs,fuel pump, value cover gaskets,new guages (all work). It drives nice with power steering, no power brakes. The frame is in great shape for the age,floor pans are rust free.I put a piece of diamond plate on the rear (looks like someone did some repairs on rear panel, no rust that I could see. The body is in good shape except for some areas that was repaired (see pic). The hood has some dents, hood could need replacing. Tires a wheels are in excellent condition. Inside of jeep is very nice, nothning fancy but very clean. The seats have been replaced including the rear. I would drive this jeep anywhere,very dependable. Like most late model jeep owners I have more in this jeep than I could ever get out, so my price is very reasonable.
