1982 Jeep J20 Pickup 4spd

This is a great opportunity to own a rare J20 4wd pickup. It is a 4spd standard with lock-out hubswhich is a very rare option for the later trucks . It is really the perfect condition to do with what you want for the minimum outlay of cash. The drivetrain works great the engine is easy to start and the frame and under-carriage is solid. I have put a lot of work and new parts into it to get everything working, ithas a new draglink, some brake parts, battery, ignition switch among others. Tires have good tread. It runs and drives good and starts easy .

Being a driver you can restore it or customize it easily, with body and paint being your main concern. Glass is all good and windows operate properly. Needs trim of course and the interior will need reupholstere, however the seats are solid and will be good to use or replace them with new. The truck was used on a farm here in Arkansas for years and had a 5th wheel hitch in the bed that collected dirt underneath over the years which caused localized rust in this area and the lower seam on the bedsides did the same. The bed is an easy fix with a trim strip down the side covering the pin-holes.I have several pictures from under the truck to show that it is not structurally rusted. This is a Southern truck not arust bucket. I put a dash cover and cheap seat covers on it to drive knowing that the new owner would want to do something permanent.
