I am selling my car as a private seller. This is NOT a dealer auction so there are NO warranties and the car is being sold in AS-IS condition so come and see the car in person and be 100% sure you like the car.
I have many videos of the car running and driving and several WOT pulls. The car is located in Jacksonville, North Carolina. The car is titled as a Lamborghini Countach but insured as a replica so insurance is only a few hundred a year. So that’s pretty cool to have a title say Lamborghini. It’s yet another very cool aspect of this car that most do not have.
The Lamborghini runs and drives good. Fires right up every time. It has a tubular chassis and there is no rust on it at all. I have an almost complete genealogy of the car as well which will go with the new buyer. It has a very nice Bertone replica body installed on it too. The paint is a 9 out of 10 so it’s very nice, clean and shiny but does have a few swirl marks in the paint that can be buffed out with some swirl remover. The interior is not an exact replica but it does have its similarities. It has 4 very nice tires on it and there are no major or catastrophic mechanical repairs that I can see, needed. It’s overall very good and priced appropriately.
All the electronics work though some are not hooked up such as the flip-up headlights (though the lights themselves work), wiper motor and a few gauges but everything else is hooked up. I have personally tested the electronics and they all work but some need the power wires and ground wires reconnected to the paneling switches since someone cut them. It does have its minor cosmetic flaws but I drive it several times a week so it’s to be expected to not be mint and perfect. It has a Porsche 915 transmission and a Chevy v8 engine in it. The carburetor needs to be dialed in more and possibly the timing played with some. Still runs and drives. It does NOT over heat that I can tell and I have driven it over 2 consecutive hours. The head receiver will not be sold with the car but I will have another one installed but a different version.
The electric doors work perfectly and the doors open and close easily with no binding at all. The drivers door window cable assembly should be redone but all the door window regulators/motors work perfectly. The car has a kill switch installed so no one can steal it and it has a 25 gallon custom molded fuel tank so you’ll have plenty of fuel to go on long distant drives. It needs the AC belt installed and the AC should be charged as well. The main drive belt squeaks upon start up but goes away after a few seconds. That too just needs to be tightened up.
