Engine-This Defender is factory fitted with a matching VIN 2.5lt turbo diesel that starts right up every time. It feels firm and sounds solid, as it should. The original turbo engine has covered 156k miles. It does drip some oil like all the old Rovers do. Has been driven flawlessly for around 300 miles with zero issues.

Body & Exterior-Overall the bodywork is in excellent condition.Restored and ready to go! The D90 has been waxoyld every year and chassis is in exceptional order and has never been welded and will not need any welding in the future. The 1988-89 model year chassis are the strongest of any year so are generally good to start with but this one is one of the best. This Defender looks stylish sitting nicely on factory Land Rover alloy wheels with replacement matching tires with 30mm wheel spacers, which give it great stance and slightly better turning circle. Chassis was hot steam cleaned at High goods vehicle garage to remove years of waxoyled. Rust free chassis with zero welds. The chassis was treated and recoated in stone chip to protect it from the elements and rust prevention.

Interior-Brand new fully refurbished grey TD5 cloth interior, fully carpeted in excellent and clean condition. It features two seats up front with four seats in the rear, making it a six seater, complete with all lap belts. Complete with a center cubby box fitted with cup holders. The Interior is very basic but with simplistic dash all original dials and speedo is in MPH. All lights, wiper, heater blower and switches work, as they should. Completed with the addedluxury of radio/CD/Aux player.

Engine & Running Gear-Completely serviced including all fluids changed, front and rear diffs, axles, brakes serviced, oil & filter changed. Timing belt and kit was changed three years ago. New clutch and clutch fork fitted. New rear exhaust and center pipe. New wipers. All the brakes and running gear work properly, the disc brakes and parking brake hold the vehicle as it is meant to. Equipped with powered-assisted steering, which really makes it fun and a pleasure to drive for an old Land Rover. Clutch operates correctly, the original gearbox shifts work properly. All-wheel drive with high and low ranges all work correctly.

Bulkhead & ChassisIt is in in fantastic shape and very solid. The Bulkhead is solid throughout and the rear cross member and chassis is strong. Almost 99% rust free. Overall it is strong and sturdy. Its been well protected through out.

As you can see this is an excellent example of a Defender 90, it has had a complete and extensive refurbishment and looks even better in person than in the photos. This is a stunning and unique example that’s had no expense spared. It looks beautiful and modern yet still keeping its original Land Rover charm. It can be driven and enjoyed daily for many decades to come.If you're looking for an iconic car with character this definitely deserves your serious consideration.All this Defender needs is a new owner, who will be getting quite a retro and unique collector piece.
