Description

Beautiful example of a Long Wheel Base Range Rover in Aspen White and Tan leather .
About the Long Wheel Base
Very few LWBs were produced. This Rover LWB was built from the factory fully loaded. Power windows, power locks, power seats, Connelly leather, generous rear space, loads of real wood adorning the interior, and on and on. One upping its smaller SWB brother as well was the LWB only 4.2L V8, in place of the smaller, less powerful SWB 3.9L V8. This 4.2L packs more punch than the 3.9L and is also more reliable. It adds an element of increased ease. Less throttle to pull away at lights, less effort to merge on a highway. This was Rover at its best: comfortable, luxurious and capable while ready for any adventure on or off-road! The Tan Sorrell leather interior is supple and warm in color, the Aspen White paint too is beautiful.
This Rover has very few miles given it's age, only 121,400 ( might change since I drive it) and has been very well cared for and serviced by Hill Country British.

About this RoverThis is a GREAT driving rover and I have taken it on a few road trips without any problems. The motor is strong and the transmission shifts great! The paint is in very good shape and it appears to be original. There are a couple of dings which is common to a car this age, and a spot close to the window where the paint came off.The undercarriage looks pretty good but does show some surface rust. There is a little rust on the inside of the hood but can be very easily repainted. The drivers seat control just quit working( could be a fuse or relay)I do not have the lock key only the ignitionOverall it is in very good shape for a 23 year old car and one of the coolest Rovers I've had. Make no mistake, it is not a show vehicle.I am selling this vehicle As-Is and with all faults. I am trying to list as much as I can but it is nearly impossible to list everything, I am not an inspector. If you have any questions or would like to inspect it please let me know.
