This is a great opportunity to get a Defender 110 Turbo Diesel (19J) that is already stateside, legal, and registered in the State of Virginia. Good trucks get harder and harder to comeby at reasonable prices each year. This is a good example, is the perfect camping / adventuremobile...or you can drive it as-is reliably as a daily driver with a bit of sorting. Everyone has their own ideas of what they need in a rig and that's why we are letting this one go unrestored. 100% legally imported and registered in the State of Virginia, with current plates, inspection, and registration, not some yard art that does not have American plates or tax evasion tactics by not having a marketable American title! She is currently parked at our shop in the Martinsburg region, where we restore these vehicles and work on other Land Rover’s for $50 an hour. Yes you are more than welcome to come and look.

—> She drives exceptionally well, as this was driven daily and was a road going car with current registration and plates upon my purchase. She manages to do 65mph without road gradients, and goes around corners the way she should.

—> Electronically sorted as is visible in the images, and has upgraded main driving LED’s for better visibility over the under powered driving lights. Additional accessory lights all work as well.

—>Chassis requires a good scrubbing and then anti-rust coating and a good waxoyl. The outrigger’s will be repaired by us before she is shipped off to you. (Please give us 7 business days too complete this)

—> Paint is original! No bondo ‘fresh paint’ dont have a clue what is underneath it all nonesense, simply buffed to near orginal finish with the imperfections of a 27 year old truck. This is the most honest way of selling one of these, as you can see the ‘pure’ shape of her rather than question what all is hidden.

—> We added brand new “checker plating” to the tune of $600 and will add a bit more to strengthen the bottom door rail and make the look uniform. This adds extra strengh and also allows you to stand on the hood without fear of denting it!

—> Brand NEW radiator, as nearly all the cars making it across are in need of one! Nothing better than buying a truck that needs $300 right of the bat because of dishonesty, yes folks we see it all the time!

—> Rear propshaft UJ’s have been sorted as i could hear them spinning. Once again, we want to sell you something that is correct and would like to earn your trust for futher endeavors.

—> The roof rack is not included.

—> This truck only has 99k miles, which means she has travelled less than 3600 miles annually. This is verifiable with paperwork, rather than endless promises of low mileage trucks without any way or form of proof. Miles though are absolutely irrelevant as i have seen exceptionally low mileage trucks in horrible shape and trucks with 250K plus in fantastic shape due to prior owner’s caring for her.

—> I would recommend too everyone with a 60’s 70’s 80’s and 90’s Land Rover that you replace the bushes with a new bushing set for the suspension and service the springs and struts at the same time. Plus a good service with the correct fluids! Yes we can do all this as a Land Rover shop.

I have now personally owned the vehicle for a duration of 5 months, both abroad and here, and know how what and where, and will gladly answer any concerns you may have. In my opinion (grew up in the back of a 109 station wagon, a rrc and defender restorationist, and owned every ladder chassis landy aside from a forward control) it is, a good truck mechanically, certainly on par if not better than the trucks we usually deal with and repair.

Fluids have been checked and topped off if needed, but they are not serviced. I do recommend you fully service the truck upon taking delivery or have me do it. Easy truck to work on, and i will gladly lend a hand via the phone/skype if you get stuck somehow.

Please remember, this vehicle is now a 27+ years old and as such has the normal expected wear for it's age due to its originality. Please do not come or bid expecting a showroom 110. If that is what you are looking for you are going to pay 70K+ for a correctly restored vehicle. That being said, it is a great truck that is the perfect starting point for your own adventure lifestyle for years to come.
