Description

1993 Range Rover Classic LWB, 4.2 v8, 266k miles, blue, automatic, tan interior.
I've owned it since early 2010, and have put close to 40k miles on it in that time - but I'm moving so sadly it's got to go. It's been our "family fun car" for most of the time we've had it; it's been camping more times than I can count. It hasn't had much offroad use, but it's a 25 year old Range Rover so there's some wear and tear on the body (see pics). It's always been garaged in my ownership.
Mileometer reads just over 266k, but it's in daily use so it's going up. It's had a lot of work on it in the last eight years, the important bits of which are:
-Top-end engine rebuild 5k ago. Heads checked and pressure tested by Dan's Cylinder Head of Portland, new Victor Reinz gaskets throughout, new Crower 53229 cam, new timing chain and sprockets, new Cadillac-spec lifters, new front oil seals, new water pump.-Trans replaced 20k ago w/rebuilt unit-Transfer case replaced 30k ago w/good used unit-New headliner fitted in 2011, still looks good-Steering box rebuilt 10k ago, new seals throughout (doesn't leak!)-New exhaust center and back sections about 10k ago (back is standard, center was custom hi-flow)-OME shocks w/spring conversion and 2" lift-OME steering damper-ARB front bumper w/winch mount (no winch currently fitted)-Clarion bluetooth stereo with Infinity speakers, sub, and dual amps. Dynamat fitted throughout.-New window ECU right after I got it. All electric windows work.-New fan blower, resistor pack, and uprated metal heater core fitted-New upper tailgate fitted in 2011-LED lights all round, H4 HID mains w/dip.-New alternator in 2016
Electrically, most things work but it's got some issues. The power seats don't work, neither do the power mirrors. Cruise control is fitted but doesn't work. The sunroof goes up but not back down, so it's currently got the fuses removed. Central locking doesn't work. Ideally needs 1-2 exhaust manifold gaskets replacing on the RH side. Idles around 800rpm; after the engine work I initially set it lower but it's a bit lumpy. Much livelier to drive after the top-end work; somehow, it also gained about 2mpg at the same time!
A/C works, heater works, hi/lo range works, lights all work, brakes all good, no fault lights or fault codes. No rust, even on tailgate.
Comes with second set of wheels w/good General summer tires. Tires on the car + spare have about 80% tread remaining all round.
I'll be sorry to see it go; viewing welcome. Please ask questions, happy to answer anything. It's currently in Long Beach, WA but I may be able to bring it to Portland (or anywhere in between!) for pickup purposes.
No reserve; it sells for what it sells for. It is, however, listed elsewhere so I reserve the right to end the listing early.
Thanks for reading to the end!

To answer some questions I've received:
-Yes, it still has its original heated windshield, and it is functional although not all the elements work. There are four stone chips in the windshield; they've all been there for at least eight years.
-All the electric windows genuinely do work, but the rear ones are slow as anything.
-The tires on it are General AT2s, the tires on the spare set of wheels are General UHPs.
