Additionally, the Series II general mechanicals, including the drivetrain and engine were upgraded for performance and reliability. Equipped with overdrive. All guages and lights etc. function. No rust and straight panelsOur Land Rover is an 88-inch iiA (wheelbase) model. Earlier frame off restoration.. Always Garaged! All other components and systems were replaced, taken down, cleaned, restored, refinished and re-installed. It is powered by Land Rover's bulletproof 2.25 liter 4 cylinder gas engine less than 3000 miles on it. It has safari style seating with opposing rear seats and is complete with hardtop, safari roof. Soft top Bow and canvas top, includes flipdown tailgate with mounted tools, imported full rack.(The Series II Land Rover was the first upgrade to the original Land Rover Series. The body shape was a significant change from the original model and became the iconic silhouette immediately identifiable as a Land Rover.
