This 1991 Land Rover Defender 110 is a left-hand drive example which was imported to the US two years ago. The truck has undergone refurbishment including galvanizing the frame, a repaint in Alpine White, andinterior refreshment as well as fitment of a 4.0-liter GEMS V8, a ZF 4HP22 4-speed automatic transmission, an Old Man Emu lift kit, a roll cage, a tan soft top,and more.This Defender has reportedly been driven just over 100 miles since completion of the work, and is now offered with a clean Virginia title with stamped customs docs.
The body was removed from the frame prior to a repaint in Alpine White. Exterior additions include take-off doors, a rear step bumper, LED headlights, a black grille, a Safety Devices roll cage, and a new tan soft top with removable side windows. Aftermarket 18″ wheels are mounted with 265/65 BFGoodrich tires, including a matching spare mounted to the swing-out tailgate. An Old Man Emu lift kit consisting of medium-duty springs and shocks was installed along with anew steering linkage, tie rod ends, suspension bushings, and brake lines during the refurbishment.
The interior features black vinyl seating surfaces, an Ashcroft center console, and a Ministry of Defender dashboard as well as a new steering wheel and center pad. Replacement headlight, wiper, and turn signal switches were also installed.

VDO gauges include a digital odometer showing approximately 102 miles. The mileage since completion of the refurbishment.

Seating is provided for up to nine passengers, including on two inward-facing jump seats in the cargo area. A black rubberized coating was applied throughout the cabin, and Land Rover-branded floor mats are fitted.
The 4.0-liter GEMS V8 is shown running in the video above. The engine received a resurfaced cylinder head, a valve job, a Crower camshaft, and more during the recent work. Power is sent to all four wheels through aZF-4HP22 4-speed automatic transmission and 2-speed transfer case.
