Description

Here we have 1989 Classic Land Rover Defender LR 90 4C SWB 4WD Full Restoration.

The Defender comes with a clean Florida state title, located at my yard here in Tampa Florida.......... I will take trades, what have you got........?

This vehicle was a full nut and bolt restoration, which took 6 years for the previous owner to complete. Prior to this build, the previous owner spent 14 years restoring two other Land Rover Defenders, so many years of care and experience went into this vehicle.
To start with a brand new heavy duty galvanised chassis was purchased, which was later primed, and then coated with 4 layers of wax oil. A brand new bulk head was purchased. A donor vehicle was purchased to provide pieces when necessary. The fully rebuilt engine came from the donor vehicle, which had 80k miles on it. It's an original Land Rover 11L 200 tdi engine. It's got brand new rear axle. New doors. New Windows. All new body panels. New wheels and tyres. New upgrades Land Rover Discovery heating system. New seats. New interior carpeting and headlining. New wiring loom throughout. New locks. Alloy selector knobs. Any many more new parts. Please refer to the photo album to see.
It's worth nothing that the vehicle benefits from a Sky Tag GPS tracking unit, which is hidden within the roof lining. Also, for additional security, a fuel pump cut off switch has been installed within the main instrument cluster. Please refer to photos for instructions.
The vehicles also comes with the original Land Rover parts catalogue, workshop manuals, and myriad build history and receipts. It's also got two keys.
