Description

I am the fifth owner, I purchased the vehicle in December 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona. The previous owner bought it a year or so earlier from California where it had spent its whole life.

The vehicle had 96,000+ miles on the odometer. The vehicle has clear title, no accidents. I have the Carfax report from when I purchased it.

I shipped the vehicle to the UK to be restored to a good cosmetic daily driver standard by a Land Rover specialist garage, Devon 4 x 4. There have been many upgrades. Among them, but not all are- A complete mechanical overhaul, including axle oils, transmission oil, transmission filter, Engine oil & filter, Oil changed to Mobile 1 5w-30w. Distributer upgrade, leads & plugs, Hoses, Steering damper, sway bars front & back, 4 Bilstein shockers, springs all to the correct factory ride height. Undersealed, exhaust system replaced, AC overhaul, it blows cold. Heater fan overhaul, upgraded air filter, Brakes & fluid replaced.

Some of the other upgrades include the headlights (halogen) Hella rally spotlights, radio & speakers, rear fog light, repeater side panel lights, Amber turn signal lights, white parking lights, head lining, Complete set of tools & jack, USB adaptor in the center box, Period correct wheels & wheel centers, new wheel nuts, Five new Tires, The spare is unused, Interior lights changed to LEDs. Re-chromed the bumpers front & back, repainted the hood & roof also some other small areas, The whole car had all the electrical system gone through, One window lift was replaced, The leather seats are all in very good condition, there has been many other parts replaced during the restoration.

I have many photos of the restoration work taken by the garage. The car was never driven in the winter in the UK.

The car was reregistered in the UK (I still have the plates & all the documents) UK import taxes were paid, The car could return to Europe anytime with VAT (tax) paid.

The car was then driven from the UK to the south of France where it remained for about six months. Summer driven only.

It was then driven back to the UK and shipped back to California about two years ago.

The car was smogged & a new California title provided.

I have used the car as my daily driver since bringing the car back to California.

The car currently has 108,702 miles on the odometer.

The car has just had a full service carried out by a Range Rover Classic specialist.

I have all the receipts of the work carried out to the car & also the shipping receipts & UK paperwork.

I have many more photos & the complete history of the car while in my ownership.

The only visual changes to the car are the front & rear side/turn signal lights (see the photos. The original US ones were all amber on the front & all red on the rear). I also added metal Range Rover badges to the sides of the scuttle (the panel just behind the hood) These badges were originally only fitted on the earlier two door model. I just like the way they look. The car is not concours but it is in excellent condition. I have included a few photos of the work being carried out in England.

The rest of the photos are taken here on August 18th in San Diego.
