The NAS 110 needs no formal introduction. At only 500 allocations for the US it is one of the most coveted / rare SUVs in history and considered the "holy grail" of rovers. Long since coveted as a collector piece with industry speculation of valuations in excess of 200k in coming years has already resulted in these cars being sought by investment groups. The #248/500 NAS Build - Land Rover for MY1993, this rare survivor was, in addition to its complete restoration while maintaining original OEM parts aside for the expected galvanized updated parts / Chassis / Bulkhead etc. Stored in a climate controlled environment and has never been in any inclement weather since restoration. The truck includes a Land Rover Original Owners Manual with build specific inclusions, Two complete sets of OEM keys, Jack**, sand tracks**, as well as a 5th finished to match Wheel / Tire.

Condition Details and History: This 1993 Defender 110, NAS #248/500, is a 2 family, 3 owner, original truck with 78k documented, clean miles upon securing as donor for this project. From there, the truck received a complete restoration from new galvanized chassis, new 4.L V8 based drive train, all new accessories, and all new panel off refinishing and painting of aluminum body panels. The end product is a custom beach running soft top, designed to fit the entire family (9 seater) for summers on the islands or coast. The custom sandrails and hi-lift jack are fully removable if a more stock appearance is desired using the included blanking plates. The truck has been meticulously restored over a 2 year period, and only approximately 10 of the 500 1993 110's have been converted to NAS based soft tops.

In addition to finishing touches / cosmetics the G.E.A.R.S® team has insured the car is mechanically sorted prior to sale inclusive of all fluids being flushed/changed during inspection/service.

The car is on display on the dealerships showroom floor. She of course gets far more attention than any of the exotics on display . . . regardless of make or price point.

This is a rare find and there are no issues with this highly sought Defender which is only one of the pending new builds in development. Many modern restorations take on the feel of a "kit car" as the entirety of the car is replaced with modern materials and/or the under panels, chassis etc are deteriorated hidden beneath paint or undercoating. What left is all new "to the eye”, usually very cheap or poorly made materials adorning a vintage shell and usually encompassing modern amenities simply out of place in a true Land Rover. Our Team maintains the position that it is the originality combined with the look and feel of older and or original parts that preserve a vintage car.
