Legally imported and registered in Vermont, this is a 110 County with its original 200 TDi engine.

This truck is in good original condition with a re-spray 3 years ago. There are the usual wear and tear items you would expect after 25 years. This is the original 200TDi engine, which is considered to be the best engine ever fitted to the Defender. The truck runs smoothly and powerfully, and is so much better than pre 1991 engines. The chassis has been wax oiled numerous times and shows no sign of corrosion. The suspension is fully poly bushed and rides, drives and steers superbly, it currently sits on 4 x 4 mud and snow tires, and are all in good condition with black steel wheels. Uses no oil and runs smoothly and quietly with no unusual knocks or noises.

The paint and body work is good condition with only very slight areas of oxidization as is usual on these trucks. The vehicle has just had a full major service including a new water pump and cam belt replacement with all oils changed in axles and transfer box. Everything works as it should including dash lights and even the original clock! The front and back passenger carpets are original and are in fair condition, the rear load carpet has some marks on it but comes with a new rubber load mat. New Land Rover branded rubber mats fitted to front and rear passenger footwells. New cubby box just installed, new wipers and new hood pad etc. The dash has no cracks, scrapes and is as new. The hitch is in great condition.

This truck is 25 years old and is in good mechanical and physical condition. As it is not a nut and bolt rebuild there is some wear and tear and some impressions on the bodywork as is usual with these trucks. The paintwork is in good condition after a re-spray in bright white color appx. 3 years ago. Small amounts of oxidization are apparent on the doors and windshield fixings. The door bottoms have a little corrosion, but can only be seen if looking up from underneath, it's nothing that requires urgent attention. The exterior is in good condition, as is the interior with original carpets, and sound proofing throughout, original seats with only a few marks on them. Original tidy trim throughout with clean headlining. The frame has been wax oiled throughout its life, and is in great condition with just a couple of high quality repairs. A full cam belt kit and major service just completed. The original speedo was replaced at 087,791 with a used one showing 185,283 in 2013, 13,000 miles done since - the English MOT certificate shows this, the condition of the vehicle is in keeping with a 100,000 mile truck.
