Powerful,1978 Lincoln Continental Town Car. Engine 460 cu in. Low, low mileage of 90,897. It is currently licensed to drive. The engine and transmission were replaced in 2013 with “Jasper” remanufactured versions. Replacement of intake manifold and carburetor to Edelbrock upgrades. The AC pump was replaced with a R134A conversion. The single exhaust was replaced with dual exhaust. The brake system was upgraded, both front and rear. The car has a factory installed tow package. The vinyl roof and the paint on both hoods show wear from the sun. The Lincoln runs very strong and drives like the luxury yacht it is....smooth. Comfortably accommodates six adults with plenty of leg room and luxurious seating! Body is sound and straight with all the chrome trim. The original leather seats and interior are in great shape. Opera windows with lights in rear passenger seats. The trunk is perfect. This Lincoln is a dream car and unbelievably low priced. The Lincoln was my Dad’s pride and joy and was always garage kept.
