1992 Mazda FD3S RX-7 R1
Twin Turbo 5 Speed Manual Transmission
with
only 8950Miles. (14400Kms)
Extremely Hard to find Low mileage FD3S RX-7 New paint 2017 The car is in nearly new shape externally. The original owner in Japan only used this car occasionally. (which happens a lot in Japan due to their transportation system not requiring them to drive nowhere near what we drive.) Engine starts every time. No problem with running other than the secondary turbo not kicking in due to the suspected infamous vacuum leak somewhere. It works about 50% of the time when you step on it. Also, there are oil leaks from the oil seals in the engine. (They are generally recommended to be rebuilt every 10-15yrs, so it is passed that line. Oil seals just shrink up and stop working the way it should, so it is time. No apex seal problem, so that can be reused as the engine is low miles) It is not driven much other than being fired every 2weeks. Indoor Garaged. The last owner removed the A/C pump and condenser in the system. He did leave the evaporator in the car as it was probably too much work to remove.(it is properly capped) I was planning to do a rebuild on this engine, but due to the situation, I am selling as is. I just had the lengthy process of getting this car painted. The details are not up to par with the top-notch condition car. However, the top-notch FD3S in this low miles would fetch over $65,000, so you see the price point. It is so rare to find an FD that is not over molested. It is drivable as is, but I would recommend getting the oil leak addressed, otherwise it's great!
Please understand that the car is located in Kelowna, British Columbia. If you would like to get the car transported to your location, I can help get the quote.

It is probably your only chance in your lifetime to get such a low mileage RX-7.
