Description

I am selling an extremely clean and very rare 1994 Mazda RX7 with an LS2 6.0 V8 engine swap out of a 2006 Pontiac GTO with very low mileage. I now have children and more responsibilities, thus causing me to leave this RX7 in the garage more than I'd like. The swap was performed professionally at Hinson Motorsports using their swap kit. Performance modifications to the car include Hinson long tube headers, Monster stg 2 clutch, T56 6 speed manual, custom exhaust, Racelogic adjustable traction control system, Petit Racing adjustable coilovers, custom HID headlights, new battery, new Nittos, and more. The car weighs 3000 pounds and last dynoed at 390 horsepower and 370 torque at the wheels, easily making it a 450hp at the motor beast. At it's current state, on street tires, the car can run an 11 second 1/4. If one wanted 10's, a simple heads & cam swap can easily get this car there along with over 500 wheel horsepower. There is a Pioneer stereo system with Navigation and two tens in the back. The streering wheel is also detachable. Overall the car is extremely clean, reliable, fast, rare, and always stands out among even the most exotic. I've only seen 3 of these cars in person, and one of them was the last one I owned. Roughly 5000 of these cars were imported into the US, and I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of them are now in junkyards. This your opportunity to own a favorite car amongst tuners and enthusiast alike, and one of the cars that was featured in the first "Fast and Furious" movie. When these cars are posted for sale, pictures often times don't do them justice. I strongly believe this car is one of those examples.$40,000 of work was put into this car, and I have the receipts to prove it. Swapping different motors into these cars is not cheap. Everything is fully functional in the car except for the air conditioner. The AC compressor was removed to save weight, but it is still very possible to reinstall AC if one desires. Since this car is considered a classic, JJ Best or any other lender that deals with classic vehicles can finance you. I am actually still financing a small portion of this car, so finding a good lender shouldn't be an issue for you if that is what you choose. Local pickup is preferred, but I cancoordinate a shipping company for you at your costs. Please feel free to contact with any questions 8 o 8 five 6 one 2 four 6 o.

This is the second FD that I have owned, and I was always plagued with the fear of overheating my roatary twin turbo setup. After blowing apex seals more than once, I decided to go with a much more reliable power plant. The 6.0 LS2 puts down more power and torque throughout the rev range better and much more reliable than my full bolton rotary could ever hope to do. The car is also rust free, since it is always garaged and never driven in the rain or inclement conditions. Bid with the utmost confidence, as I have sold many items on EBay since 2001. See my feedback.

I recently lowered the reserve to a more than reasonable price. I need to make more space for my new family hauler. I would have jumped on this car several years ago for what I am asking! I have reached my EBAY picture limit, but you can also find my car for sale on Autotrader with more pictures. Just lookup 1994 Mazda RX7, and you will see my car listed there as well.

Several people have asked me about the vinyl roof wrap. It is a black carbon fiber vinyl weave pattern from 3M. It was completed very meticulously here in TN approximately a year ago and prior to the whole car being repainted the stock Mazda Silver. The cost for the custom wrap was $1000 and guaranteed for 7 years. I also would like to add that the dash now reads in kilometers due to the new one being a JDM part. It now sits at 54,151 KM's. I had to replace the USDM unit due to it wearing out. When the original USDM part stopped working the car had approximately 65,600 miles on it. Look at the Carchex and you will see that this matches my statement. Keep the questions coming, and I will answer anything you want to know in detail.
