1984 Mercedes Benz 300 Turbo Diesel

I have owned this car since 2001 and was told I was the 3rd owner. It was originally purchased in Redondo Beach, California and I bought it in Las Vegas, Nevada when it had 149,000 miles on it. It was my primary vehicle until 2 years ago. It has been well-loved and maintained with oil changes and tire rotations every 5,000 miles. New Michelin Harmony tires have less than 16,000 miles on them. Tinted Windows. The car was rear-ended several years ago and was repaired and that is (I believe) what began the small amount of rust you can see in the pictures on the right, rear wheel well area. There are some condition issues on the leather (front) seats as shown in the pictures and the upholstery binding around the driver door (see picture). The air conditioning worked well the last time I used it, but the freon needs to be recharged. The sunroof motor has quit working and I've never had it replaced. The climate control fan has an intermittent rattle--sometimes you hear it and sometimes you don't. Every time I have taken it to the mechanic, it won't make a sound... It still runs like a dream and I still love to drive it--I wouldn't hesitate to get in it today and drive across the country.
