Description
A 1985 Mercedes 280SL Euro Roadster, two tops. Diamond Blue Metallic with a blue interior. Just came out of a long term ownership. Two owner car from new. 140,000 miles on the odometer. The second owner purchased this 1993 with 59,000 miles. Always kept garaged, extremely solid undercarriage without any rust or accidents. Original interior showing its age, cracks on the dash and the driver’s seat.The soft-top is good but it has a tear in it as you can see in the picture.
Mechanically the car runs and drives well.
The odometer stopped working a few months ago but the speedometer works.
Extremely straight body, could use a paint job.
The car comes with original owners manuals in English and German. Also the original toolkit, road flares, and some maintenance history.
An extremely original driver needing cosmetics.
