Description
1968 Mercedes-Benz 300SEL long wheel base limousine.
This car has a very interesting history. It was delivered new to Tokyo, Japan to be a chauffeur driven car, hence came with an unusual rear AC option. It was then privately imported to North America about 20 years ago. 42000 km on the clock, possibly original? Recent recommisioning done in 2014 by an Indy German Car shop owner in Vancouver, BC. Most parts came from Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in California. Parts total not including labor came to over $14000.

The car is in well above average condition, presents extremely well. Rust free and accident free body, brilliant chromework, well preserved leather interior and beautiful woodwork. Runs and drives as new. Air suspension is fully functional, however air bags are currently on Schroedervalves, as the car enjoyed long periods of storage, seldom driven.
