1989 Mercedes Benz W126 300 SEL

Thank you for looking. I just had all fluids replaced (power steering fluid and filter, engine oil and filter, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, rear drive oil, and transmission oil). I am sadly selling my 1989 Mercedes 300 SEL (W126). This is the much sought after M103 engine long wheel based sedan, which has the reliable 6 cylinder, 3.0 liter with 55,141original miles. Clear title. I purchased the car from a German mechanic and all records verify that themileage is 100% accurate. This old girl was a dealer showroom vehicle and was used to drive customers around. She has been my daily driver and a true dream. Very smooth and comfortable ride with an average of 21 mpg. I only run 93 octane fuel. My certified Mercedes mechanic changes all fluids according to schedule. Besides upgrading the spark plug wires to Super Bosch, all parts are OEM. No leaks anywhere and the transmission shifts perfectly. Smooth and sharp. The car is washed weekly.
Upgrades: Not much needed to be done. I had the motor mounts replaced with OEM parts, new bosch fuel injectors, new alternator brushes, New front (PAGID) and rear (TEXTAR) brake pads, new OEM steering idler arm and tie rods. New wiper and headlight blades.
Exterior: No rust, paint and chrome shines well. There are a few small dings (maximum size of a quarter) on the exterior body from normal wear and tear that I haveincluded in the photographs. Sunroof regularly cleaned and lubed. Tires are General Altimax RT43 in great shape. No cupping or uneven wear.
Interior: Dual airbags. Cruise control. All leather in great condition. No tears anywhere, but there is minor fading in spots. I regularly maintain the leather with Lexol. Original Blaupunkt stereo/ tape player and 6 speaker system. Seats are motorized to include headrests. A/C and heat function perfectly. The interior is extremely spacious and comfortable as it was designed for embassy delegates. My wife and children love the space and quiet ride. Upgraded medical kit.
The engine bay is very clean as well as the underbody and chassis. Suspension isoriginal and in great shape.
I have listed my Mercedes locally and buyer is responsible forpickup and/ or arranging shipment if needed. This is a great reliable car with a long life ahead.
Included in this purchase will be thevehicle history documentation, title, one set of keys and a few othertrinkets.
