This car is a diamond in the rough, CLASSIC 40 yrs old..I purchased it three years ago, from a gentleman, who told me that all it needed was a starter. NOT!!!! it took a Newly rebuilt carburetor, new starter, new ignition coil, new points. new plugs, oil change. transmission serviced. Took the rusty gas tank off, had it boiled in acid, and coated on the inside. so it will never rust again.. I have put a lot of work into this car and I am letting it go for exactly what I have in it... Runs and drives, needs brakes. Got it running today finally!!!! Also, has a new fuel pump, but the mechanical one did not work properly. So, I put in an electric one. The mechanical one may very well work. However, I may not have had enough gas in it at the time. But, does now. and runs good with the electric fuel pump on it... I am not putting any more time or effort into this car. If somebody wants it for this price, they're getting a deal!!
