Hello eBay,
I'm selling my 1993 Mercedes-Benz 300CE. It's in beautiful shape and drives great. No leaks, no mechanical issues, and most importantly no rust on the body. This Coupe is in beautiful condition. I'm the 2nd owner. I've decided to sell the car because I'm proposing to my other half and I need the money. I hate to see the car go, but she's worth it. I'm interested in selling to someone who wants a Mercedes-Benz Classic and enjoys a beautiful car when they see one.
It's not perfect, but pretty close.
I would like to be on the same page with the buyer from the start. So, I have listed a few things below.
ExteriorThe side view mirror covers are starting to peel. (Please see picture)The hood has rock chip damage, the photo doesn't show it very well, but I've touched it up with Mercedes-Benz touch-up paint. The deck lid has approx. 3-4 "Nickel sized" tree sap damage to paint. (Please see picture)Rear bumper has a scratch on the pass. side approx. 8" long *Location behind Right Rear tire. (Please see picture)
InteriorOnce you get in to this car, you'll notice its mint condition interior. There are no rips or tears in the leather. I just bought original Mercedes-Benz carpet floor mats never used. (included with purchase)The wood trim does have some light cracks, but nothing bad. The rear passenger upholsteryis a bit pulled back near the seat belt extension hole. (Please see picture)
Suspension & SteeringThere are some suspension parts that are showing age and may need to be replaced down the road within 1-2 years, but right now the car runs and drives great. There are no loose parts or noises during the drive or going over bumps.
Vehicle InspectionI can show it anytime during the day. Just give me a call and we can schedule a time. My family owns and operates an Independent Mercedes-Benz repair shop. I'm selling it on eBay to extend my reach to potential buyers across the US. I'm near Chicago O'hare airport so if you're coming from out of town I can even pick you up.
I have 1 key, but I'm in the process of ordering a 2nd. (included)I have some service records from the previous owner. I have changed all the fluids, brakes, and drive belt.
