Mercedes 220 SE This luxurious model was the last of the hand-built Mercedes. Only 13 cars per week rolled off the production line. These cabriolets are true classics. Unlike other automobiles, these cars were classics the day they rolled off the production line, and have remained so ever since. Only 2729 220 SE Cabriolets were made.

This Mercedes 220 SE Cabriolet shows only 71792 Kilometers (not miles) on the odometer. This is a European delivery automobile; the owner was US Air Force Major Pilot stationed in Germany. Body/Paint: The paint is old and worn, but presentable. The chrome bumpers are in good shape, and rest of trim on the car is complete.

Interior: Original red leather interior shows well for its age.

Mechanicals: Engine runs well.The brakes and clutch will need servicing. The car is not currently drivable.

Other: This Mercedes-Benz also comes with a convertible boot cover, Mercedes tool kit, owner’s manual, jack and spare.

I am a serious car collector and have to say the Mercedes Cabriolet is real classic touring car. This car is an excellent candidate for a full restoration to bring the car back to its former glory.
