1986 Mercedes 300e 139K miles
Description
Extensive work has been done to bring the car up to a reliable mechanical state, see list. Paint is very nice with good shine, the photo of the rear is the only one that shows that aspect, need to take a couple more photos that shows the paint better. Really a great little car, fun to drive. Runs nice, trans shifts great, cooling system works good (desert tested), tight steering and suspension, good brakes... no mechanical issues, I'm driving this thing every day, basically completely mechanically restored. Btw I timed this car with a phone app and got a 0-60 time of 7.66 seconds... not too shabby. Front clip was repainted with base/clear (too many rock chips), still a couple here and there on rear half of car. Really nice condition overall, still has thesigned Daimler windshield sticker.MOST every electrical function works fine, HVAC (cold a/c r134 converted), lights, seats, sunroof, windows, cruise, wipers. Items which are inop currently are... Becker radio won't come on (very likely the fuse behind the unit), pass power mirror moves up/down, in/out seems frozen.
