1967 Mercedes 23074,563 miles

One owner. Car comes with original title, bill of sale, build sheet that proves matching numbers, import documentation, production data card, registration cards, owner manuals, spare keys, and various documents. Starting as a rust free example, car has since gone thru a partial restoration, only replacing what was needed to make the car a nice and reliable driver. Only 600 miles added since restoration was completed last year. Many pictures and receipts from build. Keep in mind this car is 50 years old !!!!!

Car was ordered with bucket seat option, power brakes, and white wall tires, as per build sheet. Black 040 paint and Cream 121 interior.

WORK PERFORMED

BODY :

Original paint stripped to bare metal. Epoxy primer applied and refinished in original black 040.

Replaced all window, door, and trunk weather stripping.

Original trim and chrome presents well and is 8 out of 10 showing light scratches and some small dents.

Restored fuel tank with epoxy coating. New fuel sender.

New heater valves installed and cleaned out heater box assembly.

CHASSIS:

New brake master cylinder, pads, hoses, rear cylinders. Rebuilt brake booster.

New period correct tires. New wheel bearings and tie rod ends.

New driveshaft support bushing and serviced differential with new fluid.

Automatic transmission flushed with new filter and fluid. New column shifter bushings.

New rear muffler. New Battery.

Rebuilt engine: Includes main/rod bearings, piston rings, valve job, resurface head, timing chain, guide rails, chain tensioner, oil pump, gaskets, thermostat, filters, belt, and spark plugs. Rebuilt carburetors.

INTERIOR: All original apart from new headliner and package tray. Original interior shows very well and is 8 out of 10 with some wear marks and hairline crack in dash pad.
