The actual VIN number for this vehicle is:WDB12603712017652 which is a non standard VIN since the car was originallyimported from Germany.

A good friend of mine has owned this classic 1982 Mercedes Benz 500 SEL white Limousine with 97,000 original miles on it for many years now.He has decided it needs a new home and wants me to help sell it for him. The tags aren't current, the last CA licensing was in 2009 (I have the original sticker and all documents). There is a three ring binder in my possession that gives all the history and details of the vehicle since he has owned it.

The limo was purchased and converted in California, is 23 feet long, paint is at 80% and is a Lexus Pearl White, has a working privacy glass between the driver and passenger area, needs a new Landau top, no rust on chassis, body or top, back passenger upholstery was redone in a black & beige cloth trim, front door panels needs minor leather fix/repair. Within the past week the limo was taken to a mechanic to have it checked out, and in doing so, an additional $3,000 in repairs/parts was spent to ensure that it was mechanically sound (receipt for repairs available upon inspection/sale).

I advertised this in the LA area and got three to four offers from movie studios and music video producers for rental. So it is an eye catcher and a rare collector’s item.
