1967 Mercedes 250 SE/Coupe
Description
i am selling my 1967 mercedes 250 se Coupe. i got this beautiful car from the second owner 2 years ago. the car came into the states during the late 90's the second owner had the car repainted and drove it for several years until the ignition switch broke and it was taken off the road. when i got it the clear on the paint was coming off so i sanded it down and re painted it. I went through the electrical system while i was replacing the ignition switch, the car has had rebuilt front brake calipers and a new exhaust system installed, also the electric fuel supply pump is new . i recently did a full tune up on it with an oil change and a valve adjustment. the car has a floor shift manual transmission that shifts excellent, i replaced shift bushings when i got the car. the leather went a while without getting oiled so it started tearing in a few places, both driver and passenger need a bottom cover and the back seat rear had the stitching come out and will need a new cover as well. the car has almost new tires on it, it has the original tool kit and all the service records from the life of the car amazingly the same mechanic competed the service on the car until it was sold. the car is located in Spokane Washington and i am happy to show the car. the car is not perfect: the paint has flaws, the wood on the dash could use refinished. its a nice car you could either drive the way it is or spend a little money on leather/wood and have a perfect car. thank you for looking and i am happy to answer any questions you may have.
