1989 Mercedes-Benz 300SEL Base Sedan 4-Door 3.0L

Description

It is time to sell my project car as I no longer have the time to work on it due to other commitments. Before parking I drove this one everywhere including 1,000 trips. Southern car with no rust issues. Runs fine, starts easily. Currently has brake issues. I have been today the master cylinder needs to be replaced.
Auction starts at half the price of current eBay auctions for engine and front-end alone. I think this car is FAR from a parts car, minor repairs and it car be driven anywhere. As you can see from the details below I have put a lot of time, SSS and effort into this one. I hate to let it go, but I just do not have the time to finish the project.

The pros:
New battery, new fuel pump, new fuel pump to tank line. New rear brake caliper (new brake pads, 2 new window tracks and regulators recently installed, new power antenna, new grill, new headlight bezels (parking light lenses), new electric fan, no rust, straight body minus small door dings, strong running car all original car minus stereo (replaced with aftermarket unit by previous owner.)
The Cons:
Brake issue, car needs some brake work most likely a new master cylinder. During a recent test drive the brakes failed. Will need attention before driving.
Seat issue, driver's side power seat will no longer adjust, probably an issue with the seat switch. Front seats show expected wear for a car of this age.
Power sunroof track is broken.
The speedometer has started to work only occasionally. Sometimes it is fine others is does not register speed.
Clear coat has pealed from the roof top, hood and sides are in good shape.
Car can be picked up in League City, Texas or the buyer car arrange for it to be shipped to them.
