1992 Mercedes 190E, 2.6L Auto Trans
Description
1992 Mercedes Benz 2.6L 190E. I've owned this 4-door sedan for just about twenty years, and am selling because I have five other Mercedes. This car starts, runs and shifts nicely. The transmission was replaced last year, as the original began to slip. The paint is faded and has normal paint chips and scratches from age and a lot of highway miles. The AC doesn't work, nor does the right rear door power window. The suspension is solid and the exhaust was replaced three years ago. Camel (tan) interior. Original (working) radio/cassette player w/ code. Dashboard speaker covers are removed because I began replacing the old speakers with original replacements, but I haven't finished. The car rides very comfortably, as I personally replaced the shocks and springs in 2012. I drive the car to exercise it, but it hasn't been licensed or registered in a couple of years. The car could be tweaked/restored if you like the 190E, or I suppose it could be dismantled for parts in support of another project. The parking brake also needs to be adjusted.
