The Classic Car Gallery is proud to offer this EXCELLENT Mercedes Benz 560 SL. This 2 owner car shows 130,000 miles CARFAXED miles on the odometer. She is very original, and is one of the finest we have seen. This is a special car, and belies its age and mileage. The RED paint is excellent, shows deep luster and shine and shows no evidence of any accidents. The original Tan leather interior is supple and shows little wear. The dash is in excellent condition, with no shrinkage or issues. All gauges and ancillary components work, as they should. She has a her original Becker stereo and power antenna. The motor starts easily, runs smoothly with excellent power and torque. We have sold many of these SLs’, and THIS IS THE FASTEST 560SL WE HAVE EVER DRIVEN!!! The convertible top is in excellent condition, the window is clear and the top mechanism works easily (not always the case with most of these cars). The matching red hardtop is likewise in excellent condition. The climate control system works as it should; the A/C blows cold, the heat and defrost works as it should as do all of the vents. Brakes, and suspension are all in top condition, and the car drives, as she should. The tires are in good shape and she rides on the correct Mercedes rims .The underside of the car is extremely clean, shows no rust, and the muffler system is excellent. Within the last 20,000 miles, the car got new rocker arm assemblies, cam chain and tensioners. In addition, the car got a new shocks and brake pads. Do not be afraid of the miles, this is a really good car that looks and performs as well as any 560 we have had. This car needs nothing except gasoline and enthusiastic new owner!!!
